It is Rs. 4,500 inclusive of CABF ......!!!

BUT exclufing CABF ITS 4000 BUT OPTION ON FORM 2 WAS Rs. 4500

Since you asked only for membership fees in your post above, I gave you the fee amount only for it. The below is the Membership fee details:
For member in practice it is Rs 4000 + Rs 2500 (CABF) = Rs 6500 and in case of Member not in practice it is Rs 2000 + Rs 2500 (CABF) = Rs 4500.
