In a company with Share capital, Share holder get Dividend and other benefits but what the Members get, if they do not have any shares?

As per Section 206 dividend shall be paid to the registered shareholders.
Registered shareholder means a shareholder whose name is entered in the register of members. So the shareholders whose name appear in the register of members get the dividend.
