IT FULLY EXEMPT IN GST FROM NOV. MONTH
PRIOR NOV IT IS TAXABLE @ 5%
Can any one provide Exemption Notification for Exemption on Sale of MEIS Licence ?
It is exempt as per the Notification No 2/2017-Central Tax(Rate) Dated 28th June Read with Notification No 35/2017-Central Tax(Rate) Dated 13th October. You can refer the same.
Does it need to show in GST Return ??
