Mega exemption 25/2012 service tax

Dear Sirs,

I have a query regarding the mega exemption notification 25/2012 point no. 14 (e), we are a main contractor and sublet the contract to the sub contractor. my question is that can our sub contractor avail the mega exemption or not.
