can a shareholder is allowed to enter in the meeting od debenture holder?

It is one of the rights of a shareholder to attend the general meeting of the compay. Debenture holders are not allowed to attend the meeting of shareholders.

but my que is that can a shareholder who have no debenture of that co. can attend the meeting of debentureholder
