if all director make intention to conduct meeting through video conferencing, is it possible to conduct meeting?

1) approval of Board report
2) approval of Financial statements
3)approval of prospectus
4)approval for matters like amalgamation/merger
5) Audit committees meeting for consideration of Financial statements
