What consequences follow in case the
meeting is a requisitioned meeting and the required quorum is not
present at the scheduled date and time

If meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, then the meeting should be held on next appointed day on that scheduled date and time with requisite number of quorum and if it is holiday then in the very next day the meeting shall be held
