HI nikita,
U can identify medium size firm by Firm's client. A firm where u get good exposure of big clients for Statutory,Internal audit and also an opportunity to work in all departments like tax and law

Can u tell me 1 more thing how will i cum to know the kind of work the firm has. The thing is i dnt know any firm so i vil search 4 firms 4m caclubindia itself, so just by appearing in interviews wont give me an idea as in how many clients the firms have?

Where are u from?
According to me u r free to ask interviewer about firm and kind of work u will get to learn..Make sure you get proper rotation from one client to another..Such things are very important and it is better that such things are clear in beginning or u can makeout by viewing website of the Firm.
I work in Mid-size firm, Located at Fort, Mumbai. I get Exposure in all Fields.
