Medium of appearing ca final exam

thanks ...But after appearing in nov 2016 attempt , i had written whole paper especially theory paper of Law audit and isca with correct answer along with gud presentation but after that, i got only 44,39, and 45 respectively....so i felt that the medium realy matters for paper checker .

apart from this, i further want to know that ....there is no material available  in hindi for studies in simplified language and i had been used english notes for preparation from my 1st attempt....but in in november 2016  attempt, i used hindi practice manual along with english notes for better understanding of hindi vocabulary, inspite that i got very poor marks , so i am very disappointed from this....

kindly help me to come out this Confusion and in ability to take a better decision....that should i go with english medium or i should quit the exam? 

a futher query is that , the answer sheet of hindi medium students is checked with the suggested answer of institute publised in hindi or in english ? should it be matched completely with institute answer ?

How much should write for a 4 marks question asked in exam of theory paper?
