Mediclaim u/s 80 D service tax paid allowed or not

Dear all

I want to know that Mediclaim paid by embloyee Rs. 5711.00  its included  service tax  as fellow.

Premium paid   Rs.  5178

Service tax          Rs.   533

stamp Duty         Rs.       1

total                     Rs.   5711

In the case I have confused  that deduction U/s 80D  have get Rs. 5178 or Rs. 5711 Please clarify us.
