my salary structure is basic+H.R.A + CONVEYANCE. no medilcal allowance include in the salary. so kindly guide me if i can take medical reimbursement rebate in Income Tax (i.e.Form 16) of Rs. 15,000/- against submission of medical bills.

U cant get Deduction for submission of Medical Bills . If u want the Deduction for Mediclaim as per Section 80D of Income Tax than u take Mediclaim Policy for getting deduction :
Provided that such Mediclaim insurance shall be in accordance with a scheme framed in this behalf by-
(a) the General Insurance Corporation of India formed under section 9 of the General Insurance Business (Nationalisation) Act, 1972 (57 of 1972) and approved by the Central Government in this behalf; or
(b) any other insurer and approved by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999).

If u have got some amount reimbursed from your office for ur medical treatment, in that case,
Medical reimbursement is itself not taxable.
