can a company pays medical reimbrushment for any year in next year.

Reimbursement will be paid when the claim is submitted......It can be paid in the subsequent year also.... The expense will be allowed in the year of making payment.... I've replied from the way i interpreted the question applying all assumptions........ Hope i got it right.....
