Section 80D Rs.25,000 or of self, spouse and dependent children and Rs.5, 000 in respect of payment made towards preventive health checkup of self, spouse, dependent children or parents. However, the deduction of

I dont have any Insurance policy for any of the family members.
The expenses incurred where for Surgery and i paid by credit card
She is not disabled she is normal child.
(Do you mean to say expenses are not covered in 80D and only premium paid is allowed)

I mean to say in this case you can not claim.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
