I am having a querry as follows.
My client had his son's heart opration. It costs him Rs.2750000/-.
Is there any provison in act to claim this medical expenses or can we plan to save this amount??

in my opinion exp are not allowed you will read rule 11DD of the income tax act

under sec 80DDB U can get deduction of Rs. 40000 subject to fulfiling the conditions mentioned.
