We are not here to learn the formule of central tendency. I think you missed what I said in my opening remark. Please read the whole material again.

Total letters are 26. Just half is 13. So simple.

The unforutnate is that we forget/don't learn the concept.

Can you say a position be expressed in FRACTIONS ?

Which rank you get in your previous exams in the class ? You can't say I got 13.5 th position in the class.
