i dint got your point exactly but
if you are asking about cultivator OR RENT IN KIND .......................
THEN SAME ALSO FALL IN INCOME AS Agriculture income..........
Sub to condition that the rent is received by the person for providing land for agriculture purpose only..................

cultivator is the person who has produced the crops
and
reciever of rent in kind means...??

rent in kind = rent in form of equivalant value of crops share from cultivation
this distinguish the agricultural land from non agro lands,
if the agro land is used for film shooting and rent is received by the agro land owner, then its not agricultural income,
