If MD was an indian Resident at tiome of appointment, but now, 6 yrs later is taking foreign citizensip, is he still barred from post of MD under schedule xiii?

The day from which, he took the Freign citizenship or the Day when he left the India for getting the Citizenship abroad, He will be debarred from being MD from that day
