Your question is not clear i.e. are you asking for universities covered under MOU of ICAI & provide degree after 4-5papers or you asking for universities where there is no semister system?
If your response if first one,then you can go for Bharthiar university or Ignou.But for that you need to clear final exams of CA.
Otherwise ,you can opt for Delhi University(School of open learning),Sikkim manipal university or IGNOU for correspondence/distance m.com
