Mca resubmission query on form1 llp

Dear All,

I have received a resubmission request on filing of Form1 (Name Availability) for a LLP.

The proposed names are

1. FINTECH LLP

2. FINTECH SOLUTIONS LLP

The remarks says "FINTECH REGD ONLY IN 36 Form should be resubmitted by 07/09/2013 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Rule 36 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)"

Please explain me as what should be done for resubmission. I could not understand the remarks.
