I applied for change of name of a private limited company. I filed FORM 1A and subsequently filed FORM 23 also. both got approved.
Still in Company master data, Compnay's name is not changed.
I had two queries.
How to obtain fresh Certificate of Incorporation with changed name?
And do I need to file FORM 1B for Central govt. approval? If yes what is the procedure?

1.Certificate of Incorporation with the changed name will be sent to the your mail ID. 2. You have to file Form 1B.
Have you attached altered MOA and AOA to form 23.
Attachments Attachment required for form 1B
1. Copy of minutes of the meeting of members where resolution has been passed is to be enclosed.
2. If change of name is due to change in main activity of the company, a certificate from CA regarding turnover details from new activity should be enclosed.
