In case a of a new auditor taking up audit for private limited company, which forms does he have to file. Note that audit for 31/3/11 has not been completed(or even started due to the negligence of the previous auditor) and the directors have decided to change the auditor. Now, what forms with MCA does the new auditor have to file apart from the following:
1) 23B
2) 23AC and 23ACA
3) 20B
Also, what are the consequences if the audit takes place in January or February 2012? The due dat e for audit was actually 30th Sept, is this correct?
