MCA Certified Copies

I had applied for Certified Copies on the MCA portal in May.
I was supposed to receive the Copies within 15 days.

I haven't received the Copies yet despite repeated complaints on the Compalint portal.

please Advise how would I get the Copies of documents Applied for.
