Dear All, If Company didn't file any annual return from Last 2 Year And now want to comply all the necessary things like filling of form AOC 4 AND MGT 7. IS ANY OTHER SOLUTION WHERE WE CAN SAVE LATE FEES WHICH IS COMING IN LACKS.

If Company has no business then leave it. If Company is having business which is worth the penalties, then you have to file.
