Mca annual compliance not adhered
What if a Private Limited Company has not filed any MCA Annual Compliance forms since its incorporation in 2011 ?
Can it file all the previous years form in current year along with interest and penalties as well ?
What extent of Interest or Penalty shall be charged ?
