Can MCA Annual Returns AOC-4 for the year 2017-18 be filed without filing prior year returns i.e.2016-17,2015-16 are not filed as IT Returns are not filed

Yes.. U can file AOC 4 for 2017-18 witout filing prior Returns.... But make sure u wil file annual return for 2016-17 n 2015-16 later on.... If u need any further clarification pls feel to cal 7204908392
