It is being told that from this year (i.e.for fthe year ending on 31-03-09) for Pvt. Ltd. Companys also , a Schedule of Cash Flow Statement will have to be made as forming part of Profit & Loss Account and after audit, the P & L A/c and the Cash Flow staement will have to be filed with MCA as attachments to Form 23ACA. Can any one tell whether it is Correct? And it be so, please provide the format & method of preparing the same in Excel.
