Can we view the Certificate of Incorporation of a company on MCA website?....If yes then plzz tell me the procedure?????...

U can view COI on MCA site by paying Rs.50/- fee.
go to view public documents and give details as required

Dear Anjali,
Yes you can get the copy of Certificate of Incorporation on View Public Document (online search facility) on MCA21 by paying Rs.50/- but you need to first get register on MCA21 as you have to log in for payment of Rs. 50/-.
