Good Morning Guys.
Can you please assits me regarding MBP 1 that needs to be file with in 30 days ?
My question is we have a private limited company which has three director out of which 2 who are indian resident and 1 is australian resident and the two indian director holds just 1 shares each and rest shares are being hold by australian company.
so please specify whether we need to file MBP 1 with ROC?

Form MBP-1 is to be given by all the directors on or before the first board meeting of the company. Receipt of this mbp 1 will be noted by the company in the board meeting and extract of this resolution will be filed by the Company to ROC in form MGT - 14. Therefore your director's need to give form mbp - 1.
