i definatly agree with guddu narayan jha,
but today trend is going 2 MBA,
i personally suggest 2 MBA, because, in MBA d student can easily entry and also exit 2 complete MBA in 3 years, but it's totally different in ca, not only hard work, but much more behind this, 4 example : 3 years article with very low salary,
but 1 point keep in mind, CA person having best visualiasation skill, compared 2 MBA,

if u clear from symbiosis or welinkor or nm u will be paid equally or higher than CA, unfortunate part is we are consuming more than 4-5 yrs if we clear in first attempt also, where they spent only 2 years....second our result is not just tough but some times illogical....depends upon requirements of market and who is sitting on president chair...??which side of people governing central council???
changing course and system of study every 2 years...these are the probs, we get so much of practical knowledge but not enough money...for example student from IIM or IIPM get offers in CRs and we are getting only 4-5 lacs at initial stage.....this is the prob........but one thing is very clear CA is Eklavya and MBA is Arjun...they may get glory but not excellence..........hope now u ve understand.
Since the discussion going on packages.. let me tel u about a CA who passed ten years back and by now he owned 15 public/pvt limited companies with a total turnover of 600Cr.
The guts he had shown make him on top.. If he did his MBA from so called top management schools i dont think he would be at that place..
Our path to glory is full of stones.. unless we clear them.. we cant achieve..

As far as the question of package goes CAs nowadays are getting atleast 4.5 even after 3 attempts of clearing finals. MBAs by investing 3 l pa on course in college like IIPM and Amity are getting not more than 20000 pm.If we talk about highly paid people from IIMs,FMS,etc, they get so much becoz of their go0od UG degree, that is mostly BTech from IITs or a CA .
On the other hand knowledge level of MBA is not comparable to CA as MBA is a course to fine ur skills u already have, not a place for acquiring much new knowledge.U learn there how u present urself and ur already acquired knowledge. In CA we get all knowledge in the world of finance to run a company

i think for guts and success no qualification needed , how many CA have today at least one pvt.ltd co having turnover of 1 cr...see this discussion may prolong...in nut shell Dhirubhai has no qualification but every 4th class is not dhirubhai... if we come to the world of reality one thing is very clear that if u r not CA at the age of 24-25, u must start another course simultaneously. Don't forget every one has their own destiny...Just thinking abt CA is not very realistic thought.....one can write abt goals and objectives but ultimately what u can actually implement in your life and practically possible may be different....I think this what I want say finally to end up this discussion.................

There is no need for comparison between CA & MBA.

i am currently doing MBA in one of the top 10 institutes in india. but still i m not satisfied with MBA. n thus i will be continuing with CA after completing MBA. there are few reasons for it which i could suggest for confused people.
if u want gud package only, surely go for MBA (only in reputed institute)
but if u want to get some gud knowledge, then MBA wont help. because knowledge that u get there (if any ;) ), its really of no use if u think of the long term
knowldge dat u get in CA is much more sustainable than any other course.
Just take decision ONLY after considering ur priorities. i.e. package, knowledge satisfaction, work life balance etc.
