will new company bill be applicable fr may2014?? when will icai approximately notify only 6 more months!!!

Not notified by ICAI yet but it will surely be applicable for nov 14..

No dear, there is just a one percent chance. Well as u r aware announcemnts made b4 six mths of exam are applicable and such period has already elapsed on 31-10-13 there is hardly any chance. Well there is a council meeting tomm, lets c if somethin happns

18th nov ko notification aaa gaya ki com act 2013 may 14 me nahi rulayega, its gud on view of scoring marks 

from existing sylllabus.

Company Act 2013 is not applicable for May 2014 exams as notified by the institute. pls check the below link
