Please Find RTP May 2011 and Solved Nov 2010 Solved Papers
and
there is no spl. procedure for getting that papers from ICAI. Its easily available at sale counter at ICAI at very nominal charges ( For Example : in Delhi, at Vishwas Nagar, Shahdra, ICAI : Ground Floor)
