Not password protected. Just install letest PDF reader and get it use.
Request you to kindly re-check.Password is not there in any of the files.
Password protection is for preventing the editing of file not for viewing.
Change ur settings or else open from different application.

Are these released by the institute? cawinners RTP is by the institute?
RTP is released by ICAI, some people also upload it their websites or blogs or CCI also.
