maximum Deduction available under chapter six

what is maximum limit of deduction under section 80 EE.is this include in deduction under 80 C aur it can claim seprately? plz guide

You can claim deduction u/s 80EE of 50000 per year.
This deduction is available in addition to 80C

Loan must be 35L or less
Value of house 50L or less
You are first time buyer of house

As per my opinion 80EE available separately.

Its nothing but just interest amount of loan taken when you've utilized fully deduction u/s 24B under the head of house property amounting 2L then you can avail more 50K u/s 80EE

I'm agree with condition mention by shubham jain but there's one more condition is that the loan must be sanction between f.y 2016-17
