What are the maximum number of attempts for PCC & is skipping the exam entirely without filling form counted as an attempt????

hi
there is no maximum attempt for pcc and i think there are limited attempts for pcc as ipcc introduced into the course.............please check it out with institute regarding the availabiliy of pcc attempts
skipping the exam is NOT counted as an attempt...............attempt is something that u try .
but SKIPPING THE EXAM U HAVE LOST AN OPPORTUNITY .............. PLEASE DO NOT DO THAT (my personal experience)
