Maximum attempt allowed in one Registration No.

plzzzz help me this is my fifth attempt and m not cleared any grp....my one of frnd told me if i cleared 1 grp in my 5th attemp i.e.nov 2010 den der is no need for re-registration...i can continue with my earlier registration no.... so let me know what is exactly requirement...and can u give me a official site which confirm abt rule and requirement about re-regiatration. plzzzzzzzzz help me reply soon
