What is the maximum amount of donation that can be received by Charitable Trust in cash by a donor not having PAN? Please provide relevant Sec & Provisions.

sec 80g says that donation in excess of 10000 cant be made in cash. but for claiming deduction you need to hav pan. in your case donor does not have pan, so i suggest he should make any donation by cheque only or he can donate upto 10000 in cash.
