Material for accounting standards

Hi I got hands on some material on Accounting standards, which appears quite interactive with solved examples.

Is this material good? It is directly from the site of ICAI, and seems to be latest.

But it is incomplete as it ends on AS 13. Can someone please post the remaining portion. And why does ICAI release half the material?
