Pvt.Co.- Is MAT -Minimum Alternative Tax applicable to a private company or is it applicable only to a public company.

MINIMUM ALTERNATE TAX (MAT) IS APPLICABLE TO PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANIES ALSO.

yes it is applicable for pvt. ltd. also
