18 August 2009I am working in Public Limited IT Company. we have Registred under STPI Unit, takeing Income Tax Banifit u/s 10A.
We can carry MAT , does it means that when we will start paying full Income Tax after STPI is over, we will deduct all MAT paid and only pay the balance Income tax

Yes, subject to the time limit for carry forward of MAT credit.
