I want to know whether the donation has any effect for calculation of MAT

It has nothing to do with MAT Calculation
As MAT is calculated on Book profits
In calculating book profits, no disallowance as per IT act are considered
What adjustments to be done are also clearly specified
Go through the attached sheet

mat caluclation has nothing to do with donations

Donations are not considered while calculating MAT.

Donation have no direct relation with the calculatin of MAT. Bcz the MAT will be calculated as per sec.115JB.
In calculating MAT the specified terms are added & deducted from normal profit lik;
income tax ,
wealth tax ,etcwill be added if debited to p&l a/c.
