Wheter a loss making company (even it books accounts as SC VI shows loss) liable to advance tax? if yes the what basis?

If Los Making Then How Can be Liable?
Since Book Loss Also, No MAT Provision Appliees Then No Advance Tax Tax is to be Paid.
