I am 20 year old and in CA intermediate . I know i am not mature enough to answer this question but may be my thoughts can help you.
If you are financially independent and you have a supportive life partner then both career and relationships can go hand in hand. after spending years to get a degree we cannot step back and give up just because of conflicting thoughts. if you are determined to become a chartered accountant you will definitely complete it even after marriage.make sure your partner shares same thoughts as you.
