hi frens,..i want to knw that...if one subject is exempt . other subjects me kuch minimum marks lane ka criteria hai kya?

40 should be the minimum and 50 should be the aggregate of that group.

i think there is no criteria if u got in any subject 60 marks it will be exempt

yes there is no criteria u should have to score minimum 40 marks in each subject and atleast 200 to pass in that group.exemption help in aggregrating marks but does not reduce the icai criteria.exemption rules are so tight.

No there is no need to get any specified marks in another paper . if you got zero marks in another paper your exemption is not challanged

yes there is criteria to get minimum marks in the others subject except the exempted subject and that is 40 for minimum and 50 for qualifiying the group lyk if a/c is exempt than u hv to get atleast 50% in other two paper that is audit and law and it can be either 40+60 or 42+58 but it can't be lyk 38+62

IF u get 60 marks in any particular subject it will be exempted without any condition. bhool jao us paper ko fir.......

to get exemption no minimum critera, but for next attempt to clear group you need atleast 40 in all remaining subjects and total 200 including marks scored in exempted subject.

indivisually you need 40 marks in each subject if you want to clear the group and 50%aggregate in each group.

if u score 60 in one paper means u must score minimum 30 marks in another 2 paper then only u get exemption...this statement was said by my senior chartered accountant...
