30 October 2009I have passed PCE in both group in June'09, but till now I have not yet received my mark sheet and certificate of PCC.I have already sent a registered letter to HO regarding this matter.Is there anything else to do to solve my problem??

Dont worry...I got mine yesterday... You will get it dont worry..
You can write to the institute and they will send u a duplicate marksheet ...
