Hi, send ur query to noida..
I mean, such delay is unobvious, but does happen in few cases.. Call ur branch and tell them the problem.. May be they will suggest u that they are going to issue duplicate marksheet., so just accept their proposal..
Duplicate marksheet too is valid one...
