HI
I dont see 'Marginal Costing chapter in the latest study material downloaded from ICAI. Do we still have Marginal Costing for May 2011 exam?

If you see Chapter 3 in the latest study material the chapter is titled "CVP analysis and decision making".This is an extension of marginal costing and though there is no chapter titled marginal costing, this chapter for all practical purposes means Marginal Costing.
There cannot be a Costing exam without Marginal Costing. The emphasis in final is a bit advanced and tending towards decision making.
So to answer your question,we have marginal costing for May 2011 exam.

Mythreya is correct...
ICAI however excluded Marginal costing from the CA final syllabus, but if you see carefully, Marginal Costing is used in every topic of CA Final costing chapters. You pick up one chapter ... you will find Marginal Costing application there. CVP analysis is ofcourse the the extension of Marginal Costing.
My suggestion is ... before doing any chapter in costing, pls do Marginal Costing & CVP analysis thoroughly... so that you do not face any conceptual problem in other chapters.
