Hello,

Please can you advise if VAT is applicable on Marble God statues or they are exempted from VAT ?

How VAT refund can be claimed? Is there any webiste where I can get the infomation regarding VAT applicable items in India.

DVAT schedule 3, sl no 138 .handicrafts taxed @ 4%

There is no provision for refund, unless issued in specific order by Delhi vat department in specific case.
