A manufacturer of shirt will supply clothes to job worker near and within 10km and job worker will issue bill for labour charges including small items like button, coller etc. what records we have to maintain.

if job worker is registered then no need to maintain records for him.

u have to maintain records of goods supplied along with value, qty, gst rate , date of supply, possible coming of goods, etc.

yes if you have registered in GSt GST then you will fill ITC 04 for job work
