Now for sale Customer will ask by product name not by components involved in customising raw products.
How will be billed as components or as finished product as HSN differs from components & finished products.
While GST rate in both are same.
HSN can be different for input and output goods. Every manufacturer will be doing the same as you are doing. Buying mutliple items covered under various HSN and selling in a diffrent HSN, weather GST rates on input and output are same or different.
So you can bill your finished product and gst as per the hsn of finished item
