18 February 2010Can anybody elaborate on the proper manner in which a C.A can provide his witness on the subscriber pages of the draft MOA/AOA of a company to be incorporated. Is he/she is required to affix his/her round rubber stamp also alongwith signatures if he/she is in practice?
